We work just as hard for a first time offender as for one who already has a criminal record. Our goal is the same for each: the best results possible. For a first time offender the goal may be to spare the client a criminal record or the loss of a driver's license. In another case, the goal may be to minimize jail time. Sometimes these goals can be met out of court, but we are not afraid to run a trial to see that our clients' rights are protected.
